Payment terms
Full payment for serviced stands on signing the Agreement of Sale (AoS). Staged off-plan payments for homes, duplexes and apartments. Prices exclude VAT.
Reservation fees
Prices exclude VAT. Reservation fees count toward the purchase price for serviced stands, or toward your deposit for homes, duplexes and apartments.

You have 14 days to sign the sale agreement and pay the full stand balance or the deposit for homes, duplexes and apartments, or 21 days if you are based outside Zimbabwe.

Serviced stands
- Pay the reservation fee of USD 2,500, excluding VAT. It counts toward the purchase price.
- Pay the full balance of the VAT-exclusive price on signing the Agreement of Sale (AoS).
First build group
Reserve by 15 December 2026
Reservations made on or before 15 December 2026 join the first build group. Construction starts on 29 March 2027.
The 20% construction-start payment, calculated on the VAT-exclusive price, is due 1 March 2027, or in 3 equal monthly payments on 1 January 2027, 1 February 2027, 1 March 2027.

Reservations after the cut-off join the next build group. Its start date will be announced.
How to pay
All payments go directly to the estate's designated project bank account shown on your invoice and sale agreement. Never pay an agent or any individual.
